I am a creative before a management engineer
I am a creative homo sapiens: alongside the result, be it academic or professional, I always hope to have fun and leave my personal stylistic signature on the works I interface with. I have a particular aptitude for challenges, especially those that require choral and multidisciplinary team efforts.
I firmly believe in the values of sustainability and feminism. My academic and professional path aligns with these principles. I have indeed delved into numerous aspects of sustainability in the business field, and I have had the opportunity to investigate, in the context of my PhD, the relationship between feminist values and entrepreneurial behavior.
Throughout my life journey I have engaged in heterogeneous activities, ranging from designing a project for sustainable coffee farming in Tanzania to writing scripts for serious games aimed at educating more responsible citizens and entrepreneurs.
My key areas of expertise
Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility
Much of my education and subsequent academic experience has been devoted to exploring issues related to sustainability of products, processes, and organizations. I have been teaching assistant in the "Business and Sustainability" course at Politecnico di Bari for two years, a role that has allowed me to develop, with companies and students, dozens of research projects aimed at investigating these aspects.
Entrepreneurship
I have always been passionate about entrepreneurship, especially when it is linked to innovation, ethics and sustainability. During my Ph.D., I delved into the motivational and value aspects related to feminist entrepreneurship. Today I still continue to explore topics related to entrepreneurial education and social entrepreneurship.
Software and Programming Languages
I have had the opportunity to approach different software and programming languages. In addition, out of personal passion I have a good command of some graphic software.
